I’ve worked in automotive, aviation and marine media for more than a decade and written about cars, trucks and the automotive industry for many different outlets, including Automotive News, Forbes, Hagerty Media and WardsAuto. I also write about classic vehicles and love telling the stories of the people, trends and culture that have shaped automobiles and car culture. I’m a lifelong enthusiast who’s owned and worked on scores of vehicles, including my current stable that includes a 1986 Škoda. A native New Yorker, I came to love off-roading after moving to the Pacific Northwest in the late 2000s.
