AEV’s DualSport RT Suspension System brings a 4-inch lift to the latest Ford Super Duty lineup, pairing Bilstein 5100 shocks and engine-specific coil springs with the hardware needed to run larger tires without sacrificing the truck’s working-vehicle character.
AEV Adds 4-Inch DualSport RT Suspension for Ford Super Duty
American Expedition Vehicles has introduced its 4-inch DualSport RT Suspension System for 2023-and-newer Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks. Offered in gas and diesel configurations, the system accommodates 37-inch tires, or up to 40-inch tires when paired with AEV’s HighMark fender flares.

The package includes engine-specific dual-rate front coil springs, Bilstein 5100 shocks, radius arm drop brackets, a forged steel pitman arm and a track bar relocation bracket. AEV says these components address suspension and steering geometry following the lift, with an emphasis on road manners and stability under load.
At the rear, the system uses 3-inch tapered cast iron lift blocks. Extended front brake hoses, sway bar relocation hardware, bump stop spacers and an AEV jack base are also included.
For OVR readers building a Super Duty for travel, the system offers another option for fitting larger tires while retaining the truck’s working role. Ride and handling performance remain claims to evaluate through firsthand use.
Listed pricing is $2,470. Trucks equipped with ride height sensors or onboard scales require an additional AEV Ride Height Sensor Relocation Kit.
