For its 22nd giveaway, Forged4x4 built a supercharged, widebody TRD Pro Tundra on portal axles and is handing it to one winner — along with a Can-Am Maverick X3 RS and $50,000 cash. This is the full story behind the build and the community behind the giveaway.
A Widebody, Portal Axle TRD Pro Tundra Is the Next Forged4x4 Giveaway Truck
Forged4x4 is about to give away its 22nd vehicle, and this one might be the most aggressive build yet: a TRD Pro Tundra running portal axles, a full widebody kit, and enough horsepower to back it up.

One winner gets the truck, a Can-Am Maverick X3 RS, and $50,000 in cash. Here’s the full story behind the build and the company giving it away.
Who Is Forged4x4
Forged4x4 was co-founded by a group of lifelong off-road enthusiasts who built the company around the trips they were already taking. Y
ears spent in the dunes of Glamis, the high country of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, and the backroads of Southwest Colorado shaped how they thought about trucks, builds, and the people who actually use them.

That experience turned into one of the fastest growing off-road, overland, and rock crawling communities in North America. Every quarter, Forged4x4 builds a complete vehicle package with top-of-the-line partners and gives the whole thing away to one winner.
This isn’t a stripped-down version or a watered-down sweepstakes prize. It’s a real build, done the way the team would build it for themselves.
The company also supports Project Kenny, a non-profit that provides trained service animals to active and former military members who have experienced trauma in the line of duty.
That partnership is part of why Forged4x4 does this in the first place. The giveaways bring people into the community, but the community itself is built around something bigger than the trucks.

So far, that approach has produced over 20 winners across the United States and Canada, and more than $2.5 million in prizes given away. Real people who entered, won, and are now driving rigs most off-roaders only get to build in their heads.
The Build: TRD Pro Tundra, Reworked Top to Bottom
This Tundra started as a TRD Pro and was rebuilt almost entirely, from the suspension geometry to the body width.
The suspension is centered on 74 Weld portal axles, which raise ground clearance by relocating the axle centerline above the wheel hub.
That’s paired with Built Right Fabrication upper control arms and a King 2.5 coilover setup front and rear (25001-396A front, 25001-397A rear) for the kind of high-speed compression control that matters once this truck is actually off-road.
Wheels are 17 inch Black Rhino Vanguard, wrapped in 37 inch Yokohama Geolandar A/T tires.

Because the suspension and tires push the stance wider than stock, the body needed to grow with it. Fiberworks 3 inch fiberglass widebody fenders and bedsides cover the wider track, and the truck is finished in a satin black Inozetek Dynamic PPF wrap from SD Design House, which protects the finish while keeping a clean look.
A Seibon carbon fiber hood and ADD Off-Road Stealth Fighter front and rear bumpers round out the exterior.
Power comes from a Magnuson Superchargers Performance Pack 6, which bundles a red charge air cooler, a custom tune, a low temperature radiator, cold air intakes, and a cat-back exhaust.
Lighting is built for nighttime trail use, not just looks. The roof carries a Baja Designs 9XL lightbar, the bumper has a Baja Designs OnX6 Arc lightbar in the center, and Baja Designs LP4s sit in the ditch lights.

Baja Designs Squadron Sport fog lights and Squadron Sport backup and chase lights cover the rest. All of it runs through a 4x4 sPOD Bantam X PDM, which lets the winner control every circuit without rewiring switches into the factory harness. AlphaRex USA Nova Series projector headlights in Alpha Black finish out the front end.

What’s Included
The winner doesn’t just get the truck. The full prize package includes:
- The widebody TRD Pro Tundra described above
- A Can-Am Maverick X3 RS
- $50,000 in cash
