KC HiLiTES introduces the new FLEX ERA 4 Mini, bringing the unmistakable design, customization, and performance DNA of the FLEX ERA 4 into a compact new footprint built for greater mounting versatility.
The FLEX ERA 4 Mini was engineered to adapt to a wide range of vehicles, terrain, and adventures. Its compact proportions open up mounting possibilities across bumpers, fog pockets, ditch, and A-pillar locations, while its symmetrical design allows the light to be mounted right-side up or upside-down depending on the application.
Designed for enthusiasts who want serious lighting performance without the size of a traditional full-size pod, the FLEX ERA 4 Mini packs impressive capability into a 3.2-inch-wide housing.
Producing up to 4,684 lumens and 216,250 candela per light, with a Spot beam reaching up to 658 meters, the FE4 MINI proves that a smaller footprint doesn’t have to mean smaller performance.
Three Beam Patterns. One Master Kit.
Rather than locking drivers into a single beam pattern, the FLEX ERA 4 Mini Master Kit includes three interchangeable clear beam lenses right in the box: Spot, Combo, and the all-new Wide-60.
Spot delivers maximum downrange distance, Combo balances forward reach with surrounding coverage, and Wide-60 provides broad, controlled short-range illumination.
Each FE4 Mini Master Kit arrives pre-assembled with Combo lenses, with Spot and Wide-60 lenses included so users can tailor their lighting to their vehicle and how they use it.
The new Wide-60 is a 60-degree beam pattern inspired by the optical principles of traditional SAE fog lighting.
Rather than concentrating output primarily downrange, Wide-60 spreads usable light across the foreground and edges of the trail for increased peripheral visibility.
