Returning for its fourth consecutive year as the Official Tire of Unreal Adventure, Milestar put 23 vehicles and three Patagonia tire lines to the test across seven days, five states, and some of the most punishing off-road terrain on the continent — with the expedition debut of the MT Pro stealing the show.

23 Milestar-equipped vehicles complete seven-day off-road endurance event across five states; all-new Patagonia MT Pro makes its expedition debut with zero tire failures
MILESTAR, The Official Tire Of Adventure, is proud to announce the successful completion of Unreal Adventure 2026, a seven-day, 1,000+ mile off-road expedition spanning Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas, and Iowa.
Returning for the fourth consecutive year as the Official Tire of Unreal Adventure, Milestar equipped 23 vehicles with Patagonia tires across three product lines: the all-new Patagonia MT Pro, the Patagonia MT/02 Black Label, and the Patagonia MT/02.
The event, now in its 27th year, is one of North America’s most demanding off-road endurance challenges, testing drivers, vehicles, and equipment across some of the most rugged terrain in the country.
Selected from over 150 applicants, participants tackled trails rated up to 9 out of 10 in difficulty, navigated technical rock crawling, mud, sand, and highway transit across diverse terrain, and endured conditions ranging from 104-degree heat to thunderstorms.
The route took participants through Twin Mountain ORV Park, Camp Gruber Training Center, Rush Springs Ranch, Kansas Rocks Recreation Park, Ray Rocks, and MIOBI Off Road Park before culminating in Hamilton, Iowa.
The final day at MIOBI, short for “Make It or Break It,” delivered one of the toughest trail days of the entire adventure, with maze-like rock courses, steep climbs, and narrow technical sections made even more challenging by lingering mud and rain from earlier in the week.
All-New Patagonia MT Pro: Zero Failures in 1,000+ Miles
The highlight of Milestar’s participation was the expedition debut of the Patagonia MT Pro, the next evolution of the Patagonia legacy, developed for serious off-road competitors and enthusiasts.
Two vehicles ran the MT Pro on 40-inch fitments: Evan McCurry of Skyjacker Suspensions and returning driver Caleb Morrison representing Milestar Tires.
The MT Pro completed the entire 1,000+ mile event, delivering standout performance across every terrain type the expedition presented. Drivers reported the MT Pro outperformed everyother tire on the trip, with particular praise for its traction during rain-soaked, muddy conditions at Ray Rocks and the technical rock maze at MIOBI Off Road Park on the final day, where the performance difference between the MT Pro and the MT/02 was most evident.
“No joke, I could visually see them hooking up better. They were awesome,” stated Evan McCurry, third-generation at Skyjacker Suspensions and MT Pro test driver. “The MT Pros are hooking up!”
With initial availability expected in early 2027, Unreal Adventure 2026 marked the tire’s first major endurance test in competition conditions, and Milestar plans to showcase the MT Pro again at King of the Hammers 2027. Patagonia MT/02: Tested to the Limit
Twenty one vehicles ran the Patagonia MT/02, including 13 on the Black Label variant and 8 on the standard model, in sizes ranging from 35 to 42 inches.
The event’s terrain pushed the MT/02 to its limits, with sharp rock obstacles at Twin Mountain ORV Park and Kansas Rocks Recreation Park producing sidewall damage on several tires throughout the week — a known risk in extreme rock crawling conditions at this level of difficulty.
The MT/02’s performance across highway transit, mud, and moderate technical terrain continued to earn positive feedback from participants, with drivers noting strong highway drivability and consistent traction.

Content and Community Engagement
Milestar’s Unreal Adventure content campaign generated significant engagement across social media platforms, with daily video recaps, driver interviews, and behind-the-scenes coverageposted to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
A full content library from Unreal Adventure 2026 — including a multi-part YouTube documentary series, extended driver testimonials, and a dedicated Patagonia MT Pro feature video — will be released in the coming weeks.
