The wait is over—Overland Expo has officially released the full schedule for Overland Expo East 2025, taking place October 3–5 at Oak Ridge Estate in Arrington, Virginia. This year’s lineup promises one of the most expansive educational programs in the event’s history, closing out the 2025 season with a bang.

Attendees can expect:

  • 275 session-hours of programming

  • 250+ classes, slideshows, demos, and activities

  • 50+ expert instructors and presenters from around the globe

From backcountry cooking and finding campsites to vehicle recovery, wilderness first aid, and trip planning, the schedule is packed with knowledge and hands-on training. Specialized sessions are also available for women travelers, while kids can enjoy family-friendly activities that make East a true adventure for all ages.

The educational offerings are designed for every experience level—whether you’re just getting started in overlanding or refining advanced skills. Highlights include sessions on working remotely with Starlink, safe winching and recovery techniques, and even tips on building a life around travel.
