This compact, lightweight, high-performance combo only minimally changes a vehicle’s appearance, yet lets buyers install a 12,000-lb-capacity WARN winch.
The Fully Hidden Kit Winch Mount: Minimalist Looks, Maximum Performance
Designed, engineered, tested, and made in the USA in Clackamas, Oregon, the WARN Fully Hidden Kit winch mounts retain the vehicle’s factory front bumper while letting buyers mount the new 12,000-lb. capacity ZEON XC 12-S For Fully Hidden Kit winch behind it.
Lightweight and compact, yet exceedingly strong, Fully Hidden Kit winch mounts offer an alternative to big, heavy winch bumpers. Due to the low weight, there’s no need to make suspension adjustments due to front-end droop from a massive bumper’s heavy weight. These mounts also won’t interfere with a vehicle’s parking sensors, cameras, or radar cruise control.
All Fully Hidden Kit winch mounts feature a state-of-the-art powder-coated finish providing superior corrosion protection that withstands 408-hour salt spray testing, just like other WARN fabricated products.
These bumpers are made specifically for use with a new winch, the ZEON XC 12-S For Fully Hidden Winch Mounts.
The ZEON XC 12-S For Fully Hidden Kit: Low-Profile, Compact, and Powerful
Made exclusively for use with the Fully Hidden Kit winch mounts, this extra-compact version of the ZEON XC 12-S may be small, but it’s mighty.
This 12,000-lb. capacity winch is 2.5” narrower than a standard ZEON XC 12-S winch and features a low-profile control box for reduced height. It has a narrower short-drum configuration equipped with 70’ of 3/8” Spydura synthetic rope on a large-diameter one-piece drum.
The transmission has been rotated 144°, making the clutch lever easy to access, even when hidden behind the bumper. It includes a 7’ remote socket extension harness, allowing the remote socket to be mounted in an easy-to-access location. There’s also an included shortened hawse-style fairlead.
All The Performance of a Standard ZEON XC 12-S, But In a More Compact Package
This winch has all the performance of a standard ZEON XC 12-S winch, but in a lighter-weight, more compact, lower-profile size. This means it has a high-efficiency motor with fast line speeds and reliable IP68/IP69k waterproofing, complete with o-ring sealing.
It has corrosion-resistant OEM-grade black fasteners and an easy-to-turn clutch handle. Other amenities include a patented, ultra-strong thru-drum rope anchor system, an automatic load-holding cone brake, and a smooth, reliable three-stage planetary gear train.
Other features include a tie plate to connect the winch’s ends for increased structural rigidity, efficient bus bar electrical connections, an Albright contactor for the best control/reliability, and a ruggedized corded remote with a 12’ lead.
This winch is designed, engineered, tested, and assembled in Clackamas, Oregon, USA. It includes a limited lifetime mechanical warranty and seven-year electrical warranty, all backed by Warn’s U.S.-based customer service team and global service organization.
